This is a long smocked dark brown ruffle ideal coat dress accessory from Victorian era found packed with similar age clothes. Approximately 56" length  6 1/2" wide. There are 9 rows of smocking with scalloped edging hem.  Several stains noted - next to last photo is on outside and last photo is on reverse and at an end. you may see something more minor but piece in really good condition for age, intact fabric and stitching. Dramatic trim for nice price.
